Campus Visit Procedures

Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

As you may know, we recently adjusted the drop-off and pick-up procedures this year. Our No. 1 priority is the safety of the students, and we believe the new system will provide additional safeguards for our children. We ask for your full support in following the procedures. Remember, safety always outweighs convenience.

Also, we are having all students be picked up in front of the administration office at dismissal. If you pick up a middle school student and then wait in the courtyard for your elementary child, please proceed to the front of the elementary school when the dismissal bell rings. Your child will meet you there.

Visitors to Campus

As has been the procedure for the last few years, all visitors are expected to sign in in the office and receive a visitor badge. A visitor is defined as anyone spending time on our campus between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on a school day, even if that person is not planning on visiting a classroom.

When the visiting time is completed, all visitors are asked to sign out in the office.

If parents/guardians have a meeting before school with a staff member, please know we will contact by phone the individual and announce your arrival as a courtesy to you and the staff.

These procedures are put into place for the safety of all: students, staff, and the community.

Chaperones for Field Trips

In order for an adult to chaperone any of the grade level field trips throughout the school year,  they must complete a fingerprinting and background check step before being able to accompany students and staff on said trips. Chaperones for day trips are generally selected by the grade level team. Chaperones for all overnight trips are selected by the principal of the school along with input from the grade level team.
